Florida Clarifies SES Rules

Florida has issued this memorandum clarifying Florida state rules for SES. To summarize, districts must still contract with state-approved SES providers, and districts may still require SES providers to absorb the cost of pre- and post-assessment testing. South Dakota SES Update

South Dakota is a state that received their NCLB waiver. They will no longer offer SES at the state level. However, school districts will be allowed to hire qualified contractors to tutor students.
